Strangers and You
Posted by in Uncategorized on July 28, 2011
I am a person that is always working with computer or laptop. Those devices help me to get my job done and also help me to communicate with my clients. When I get bored with my job, I usually just browse around the internet to see my favorite bands music videos or just chatting with my friends. One day, one of my friends told me about a chatting media that allow the users to interact with strangers. She said that when I log in to the media, I will be connected to any random person through the internet. After that, I can chat with that person or just leave the conversation.
I remember the name of the media. It’s called chatroulette. There, I can also use video chat so that I can see the stranger’s face. It’s pretty tense too because I will never know how they will look like. After all, it’s quite fun because I can make friends with them. But, in the other side, I feel uneasy, especially when people just say rude words or disconnect me just by that.
Another chatting media is omegle. I have tried it too. There, I can choose whether I want to use video chat or not. That’s pretty fun too because I can just chat with them by text. So, if you want to feel such adventure, you try those two websites and feel it by yourself.

Ergonomics
Though the term sounds complicated, the principle behind ergonomics is quite simple. An ergonomic kitchen design creates a remodeling project finish that implements a layout where every feature is planned to work harmoniously with the household to make each task as less strenuous on the people doing it. In this set-up, the distance within work stations are maximized to make the most out of the time in kitchens and be productive. Depths, widths, heights, and allowances between and within major work stations such as the refrigerator, stove, and sink are customized for convenient body positioning.
An ergonomic kitchen design makes moving around within work stations faster and working on tasks easier. With this, tasks are done more efficiently and more productively. Common changes to make kitchens more ergonomic include:
- Installing a deeper sink that allows more space to accommodate larger pans and pots. Aside from more allowance in space for easier washing with lesser spills and mess, the storage of more dirty dishes and other cookware prevents unsightly clutter on countertops.
- Traditionally, countertops are built along a standard measurement of 36″. But if the household is composed of taller people, food preparation may become uncomfortable. Higher countertops will help prevent people from hunching over. This also creates more space for cabinet storage underneath countertops. Read the rest of this entry »
