Although each managing director may have various approaches and observe-through of project supervision, a working project preparation checklist is an initial foundation common to lot of industries, companies, and other businesses.

Target and goal should be clear and brief, leading the progress of the project and indicating what standard is practiced to determine enhancement and end results.
